Hello, I'm Jeri at Rancho Relaxo Farms.

At Rancho Relaxo​,​ we are dedicated to breeding and raising exceptional Valais Blacknose sheep. Our journey with these remarkable sheep began about four years ago​,​ and since then​,​ we’ve been committed to preserving their unique charm and quality. Our flock thrives on our peaceful farm​,​ where they share the land with our loyal livestock guardians—three Great Pyrenees and a lively Border Collie—along with a few spirited guinea hens and peahens. We believe that a happy​,​ well-rounded farm community keeps our sheep content and healthy. Our dedication to quality goes beyond breeding. Jeri is committed to continuously improving our program through education and firsthand experience. This commitment has taken us to Sweden to study grading and judging practices​,​ and we’re preparing for an upcoming trip to Switzerland to deepen our knowledge of the Valais breed. Jeri has also attended shearing school and lambing school multiple times​,​ gaining hands-on skills to support our flock’s well-being. We are actively pursuing judging and grading credentials to ensure our flock meets the highest standards. Beyond breeding​,​ we’re passionate about sharing the magic of farm life with the next generation. Each summer​,​ we welcome campers from Chalk’s Summer Camp to experience hands-on learning with the sheep​,​ fostering a love for animals and the outdoors. Our commitment to quality​,​ community​,​ and education shines through in everything we do​,​ and we’re excited to connect with fellow Valais enthusiasts and breeders here on The Flock Market.
